WHO IS SRI KRISHNA?

  • Lord Krishna took an extraordinary birth in the prison cell of a tyrant – Kamsa – who intended to kill Him as soon as He was born.
  • He is an ever glorious hero who sportively defeated various oppressors and rid the earth of vermin who meted out injustice to the innocent (including the above-mentioned Kamsa).
  • He gave enlightening wisdom to mankind that has helped countless generations walk the path of virtue.
  • He charmed the hearts of the entire world with His sweet childhood pastimes and youthful chivalry.
  • He brings happiness into the life of anyone who discusses Him.
  • He attracts everyone with His beauty, qualities, and activities; and He is considered by countless seekers to be the Supreme Absolute Truth descending into this world for everyone’s upliftment.
